Great product so far!!!
Amazing product for the price, so far! I purchased this to help with my crappy laptop which has terrible speakers, a terrible microphone, a truly awful webcam, and not enough USB ports. This little plug-and-play device solved ALL of these issues. I can hear people clearly, they can hear me clearly, the image is much higher quality, and all of this only takes up one USB port. I will update the review if anything goes wrong but so far, EXCELLENT!

Good unit
Easy to operate straight out of the box. Less issues than other 3rd party cameras/headsets. Only small issue is sometimes the large blue light stays on when my laptop goes into sleep mode.

Works out of the box
Tried other webcams but found them lacking, ex. Mic was not sensitive or caused echo etc... This one worked and checked off all the boxes for me. Has a speaker too, which was a bonus. Quality and volume of speaker was fine for meetings.
