It very good device wireless device and hence there is no need of sensor wire. Easy to use and must have product with excellent customer support. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Its money value is more than the share of the product. The quality of the product is fine. Like a warranty card has been given by the company. That code has already been sent. Still not active. I feel that if there is any problem with the product then no help will be available.

I especially appreciate the fully automatic mode for its convenience. Installation was straightforward, although it took some time to get everything set up correctly. The device works efficiently and has been reliable in maintaining the water levels in our tank. However, I did find the manual a bit lacking in detail. A more comprehensive guide would be beneficial for users who might not be as tech-savvy. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The patented technology and overall performance make it a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable water level controller for their submersible pump!

Excellent customer service, polite support engineer Wireless Sensors are sturdy Cons: Can improve manufacturer packaging, Built quality of controller can be better, There was some dirt on the controller and sensor, can clean before shipping LED colors: yellow colour always confusing, cannot distinguish clearly Should improve Dry run logic, Dry Run cutoff automatic works, but automatically doesn’t ON when water fills in the underground sump, need to restart manually by RED button, contacted customer support, this was the suggestion given.

Being an IT engineer, I was extremely excited about this product. It didn't work well though. Their WhatsApp responses were very quick. Overhead wireless sensor stopped working in 2 months, battery depleted, and the logic of automatic functionality was inconsistent. They immediately agreed to replace it. It took 3 weeks to get replacement through Speed Post both ways. Unfortunately, the automation logic was not working properly. They asked to re-send it to check. Thankfully, they replaced the whole system. It took 2 weeks to get the replacement, via Speed Post. It was the updated version as well, so I was happy and thankful to them. Within 4 months, the control unit stopped working, not switching on at all. Since then, they have neither responded on WhatsApp nor calls. Not usable after 8 months and two replacements. This is an year old experience. I was hoping that they would respond, as I really want this innovative product to succeed. Product concept is good for the consumer, good for their company and business. I even gave some improvement suggestions and wrote and shared a detailed algorithm for automatic functionality once. I just felt like sharing this experience now, as I'm buying another brand's product, but would miss on the wireless part, which was the Unique Selling Point of this one. I didn't put the wiring provision to my sump during renovation that time, because this was wireless. Now, I can't have full automation even with wired product.

Product worked for 3 months and then stopped working. Seller has responded and asked to ship the product to their address and they will replace with a new one. I will share update soon.

I was sceptical of the specs and promises when bought the product. Pleasantly surprised and totally satisfied with 2 months in operation. The remote sensor units paired with the controller in few minutes of being powered on and you are all set. As simple as that. I have not tested the claimed 2km range. But my installation is fairly spread out with the sensors a good 150-200 mtrs away. Works flawlessly. The tank is not directly visible from home through the foliage and before this product it was a pain monitoring the tank overflow with lots of water wasted. The remote sensor units is sealed and comes with batteries installed. So as you open the amz package you will see the led flashing on the sensor units. Have to see how long the battery lasts on them. Scope for improvement: 1. I opened the controller unit and noticed that the wires to the plug socket are rather thin - maybe 1 sqmm or less. It powered my 1hp motor . But unsure if it will power anything more. Any way I have since added a contactor (relay) with the controller triggering the relay and the load is off the controller. 2. No wifi or mobile app/Alexa support. Would have been great.
