Sugar Substitute
At over $7/lb monk fruit w/allulose is expensive but is a 1:1 replacement for sugar that does not affect glucose levels. It is an excellent product with no aftertaste and has no other additives.

Best Monk fruit as far as no aftertaste, and no harmful Erythritol
Quick review -just on aftertaste and bitterness. I will not 'cook' with this product, so no comment on that. I have tried several monk fruit products, but it appears 'pure' Monk fruit always has that bitter taste, like a bitter maple syrup. They are saying stay away from Monk fruit with Erythritol -bad for health-but eliminated the bitter aftertaste. Monk fruit with Allulose they say is safe, may even help the body. I just tasted all three products side by side-pure (bitter taste) with Erythritol (no bitter aftertaste) sweetest of the 3, but health concerns, and this product with allulose... No bitter aftertaste at all, have to use a little more than the one with Erythritol -but no bitter aftertaste at all. This will be my go to Monk fruit until they can come up with a pure form with no aftertaste. This packet is huge :) will last forever.

Very sweet large bag that will last for baking and other needs to replace cane sugar.
My stomach can’t tolerate a lot of the artificial sweeteners. I can tolerate this one. We use it in our backing and it dissolves well, is very sweet tasting and bakes up well. Very big bag that last a long time.

A good zero-calorie choice
I had been using a monkfruit/erythritol blend for a few years, but my neurologist advised me to stop using erythritol. This product is a decent substitute. I like the fine texture of it because it dissolves quickly in liquid and you can bake with this, as is. I had to grind the other product into a finer powder to be able to use it for baking. The taste is slightly different than the previous product; not terrible by any means, just different so it's probably just a matter of getting accustomed to a new product.

Tastes great!
Great taste. I had to limit my intake to no more than 6 tsps per day. For some folks like me it will cause digestive/abdominal problems. I absolutely love it in my coffee.

Best and healthiest sugar substitute I can find
I've been looking for a good sugar substitute for my husband who is prediabetic (and for myself, because, why not!), which tastes okay, and which also doesn't have big warnings regarding possible carcinogens (as it seems so many sugar subsitutes have!). I can't find monk fruit on its own, and didn't want it combined with stevia. This combination of monk fruit with allulose is the best I can find! It's not cheap, but I feel like it's worth it. We use it every day in coffee, so it's cut down a lot on that sugar usage. I haven't used it in baking, but I believe it's a one-to-one ratio, which is helpful if we were to bake with it. It has a consistency closer to powedered sugar. It doesn't taste as good as regular sugar, but better than most!

Clean and healthy product, especially for diabetics. Minimal aftertaste with drinks and puddings and none with baked goods. Behaves well in baking. The reason I went for allulose with monkfruit blend was to achieve a more potent sweetness with less quanitiy compared to only allulose sweeteners and that's mainly for health reasons. However, my experience was not as expected. I bought this product twice (each weighed 907g) over the course of 4 months! So definitely not the best value for money in terms of time to use. I mainly use it for baking and I only make a batch of 6-8 muffins around once a week. I just hope it was more cost efficient. I'm gonna try the golden blend this time, hopefully it is truelly a bit sweeter than this one.
