The plans are manageable and vary, which is great because I had not planned on starting them off with many minutes. I am very impressed with how easy it was, and how much the phones meet my expectations (simple and sturdy). I was even able to get them in 3 different colors so that each child can identify which one is theirs.

But if you stay with them for more than 90 days and request to put out your number to another carrier, then they will start the same game again, but at the end of the game, they are requesting a $10 port out fee! - 90-day rule: they don't let you get your number port out, they are requesting a stay with them 90 days or pay with credit card $10 for port out a fee with proof of purchase receipt! -More than 90 days rule: they don't let you get your account number and pin you need to provide to them purchase receipt after they got the receipt they will ask to you by email $10 port out fee!

A: WIth purchase of this item you will receive a sim-card and activation instruction. That is "starting kit". Besides that you only need gsm-compatible cell phone.
This sim card comes with pre-selected $5 monthly plan (first $5 already pre-loaded). However, during activation you can upgrade to one of the other plans they have.

**Q: If i purchase the card in march 2019 can i activate it in october 2019?**
A: Yes, you'll receive a card in the mail. You can activate any time.

**Q: What is the monthly charge? It doesn't say in the description.**
A: I depends on the plan you choose. The minimum plan is $5/month. It assumes 2cents per each of the following: minute/sms/mb.

The Sim cards came quickly, and were surprisingly easy to install. The website provided step by step directions, that were easy to follow. I bought 3 phones for my tweens as their first phone and an emergency phone. It is a simple phone, with no internet- which was exactly what I was looking for. The plans are manageable and vary, which is great because I had not planned on starting them off with many minutes. I am very impressed with how easy it was, and how much the phones meet my expectations (simple and sturdy). So happy with this SIM card! The company has excellent customer service. They're so easy to reach, courteous, and very helpful. The SIM is easy to activate and I had service in less than 5 minutes. Very impressed with this company and their product. They offer plans that cater to everyone's needs. I only need talk and text and I don't need a lot of minutes and this $5 plan is perfect for me and I'm glad they offer such a low rate plan. Excellent product at an unbeatable price!
