The velcro allows you to adjust it to your head perfectly, it doesn't rumple or fold or get lumpy, it covers a nice amount of face but doesn't feel hot or claustrophobic, and the special nose bit blocks the light very effectively. You don't really feel that you are wearing it, and for side sleepers it doesn't stick out like the rigid ones do allowing light in. It washes very well too. Really pleased, and two friends have now bought one too and love them.
