Will this fit David walliams hardback books?

That would depend on the size of the hardback books. If you look at the manufaturer's website you'll find thm in all sorts of sizes. So find a ruler...

Would thes fit a baby album 7" high x 8" long please. If so which size would be best to purchase.

I can't answer your question with absolute certainty because I've only used these covers on paperbacks on which they're a snug fit. I have a doubt about the suitability of the product for your album. If the cover of your album is thicker than a paperback cover then I think there might be a problem in fitting the slim line plastic sleeve. Also the design of the plastic cover envisages a book which is much higher than it is long which may also give fitting problems. I'm sorry I can't be more positive.

Over 600 or so pages the adjustable flap on the back is too short. Do you make a 198mm cover to fit a book of 800 pages +?

Using the 180mm (height) product I have covered the 1200 pages of the Penguin Classic of Les Miserables! It wouldn't fit with thicker pages!

Would this fit a normal manga cover?

Manga covers are usually smaller than regular books so I would say no. Measure the spine of the book and search up for the height of the manga in mm.
