Delightful
As a person who was deficient in HDL despite eating eggs, chia seeds, and olive oil while exercising a minimum of 60 minutes a day, this supplement was able to move my level 4 points. It may not sound like much but any change after 2 years of no changes is good. That 4 points was even after missing consecutive doses from just being busy. Also, the minty smell is fabulous! As nice as this supplement is, my only wish is that it was $5 cheaper since it'll be a routine need.

Helps relieve joint pain
I’m on my feet a lot! Due to work I’m constantly walking. I have flat feet and crooked ankles which can cause a lot of pain during the daily. I used to have my partner pop my ankle every day after work from the pressure. I started taking this product during the day and noticed I didn’t have that ankle pain. I didn’t have the urge to need my ankles popped. It’s like it lubricated and created more of a cushion for my joints . Great product!

I’m allergic to fish and never got omega 3 bc of it and the smell of other vitamins were HORRIBLE but these saved my life!! they’re so easy to take and no smell and have helped me so much !!!
