No, you can only use Tamiya paints which start with the PS code, not the TS code.

How close is it to the “bayside blue” colour for the r34 gtr?

Hi. I haven't actually used this yet. I bought it to paint a 1:24 scale Tamiya 1999 Subaru Impreza WRC as this was the paint code specified in the instructions. I'd imagine this is a different colour to Bayside Blue. From memory of playing Gran Turismo I think Bayside Blue is a little less "purple" than the Mica Blue of the Subaru. I assume you are looking to paint a model, so I would check the paint code in the supplied instructions if you have them. They are usually a good match. I'm not sure this paint would be durable enough for an actual car, or a perfect colour match to the actual colour used by Nissan if that is what you are after but I could be wrong. If so, you should be able to dig up the actual paint code from somewhere on the internet and then match that to actual autobody paint if you are looking for a spot on match. You should be able to use this on a model as well provided you have a good primer base coat.
