My knee was immobile for weeks after the injury leading to muscle wasting and flexibility issues. These bands were a lifesaver both strengthening the muscles and helping flexibility. They are strong and hold up well. There is no funky smell (which was a concern!) and have held up perfectly. They function as they should and I’m glad I purchased them.
