Stay cool down there! Great for post-procedure recovery! *by S***G on August 10, 2025* I was required to wear a jockstrap for 8-10 days after my procedure, just to make sure the healing process was on track and nothing down there was moving around. The ice pack and built in pocket were highly effective and very convenient and comfortable. I don’t recall if it came with 2 ice packs or just 1, but I ended up with 2 ice packs and I’d highly recommended that you do the same. Other ice packs might work, but these are shaped so that they fit the pouch like a glove. Very durable and no issue with leaks. Stays cold for about 30-40 minutes. You will want to swap out the ice packs about every hour. Price was fair compared to similar products.
