I really like this brand, quality ingredients and great value for what you get. Do research on this, I found that Pomegranate has some very interesting health benifits.

Drinking too much juice, try this instead
Great way to get the benefits without the caloric intake. My father is trying to reduce carbs but wanted the high antioxidant value of pomegranate, these have been a great substitute for the 10 ounces he would drink daily and saved several hundred calories per week. He finds them easy to take and we just ordered a second bottle.

Lowers estrogen
