Good product, not only because I’ve got 2 ropes but also because I had with them a leaflet with exercises that I can do. It comes in a bag where you can tide up your rope once you finish.

Came without one of the screw tpye retainer. So i have to tie a knot to stop handle slipping off. It workable to skip, but thats not the point. It still missing a part

Super Springseil
Da meine alten Springseile mysteriöserweise verschwunden sind benötigte ich ein neues, denn es gibt nichts besseres um sich warm zu machen als Seil zu springen. Bei meiner Suche bin ich auf dieses Springseil gestoßen, es sah sehr gut aus und hatte zudem ein Trainingsguide mit dabei. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht als ich das Springseil ausprobierte, es läuft sehr leicht und man merkt es kaum in der Hand (vom Handling und auch vom Gewicht). Der Trainingguide ist für Anfänger wie auch für schon Fortgeschrittene geeignet, denn anhand dieser Pläne kann man sich gut orientieren was man machen kann und kann so auch später eigene Trainingspläne entwickeln. Zu Beginn kam ich mir vor wie ein Anfänger, da ich noch nie mit so einem leicht laufenden Seil gesprungen bin, so hatte ich das Problem, dass ich zu schnell schnell werden wollten und dann kamen die Beine nicht mehr hinterher. :D Fazit: Für dieses Geld bekommt man ein super Springseil, welches gut in der Hand liegt und leicht läuft. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass es noch ein Reserveseil gibt, für den Fall es ginge kaputt oder jemand anderes braucht eine andere Länge.
