I take probiotics and vitamin C every day, but somehow, after a round of antibiotics for bronchitis, I got way out of whack. Literally, within three days of taking this (2 capsules a day, twice a day when I started, then 2/day only), I started to feel results. The razor blades subsided, and I no longer gritted my teeth while having to tinkle. Within a week, I felt fine, no more razors, no more leaking, no more incredible urgency either. Things have calmed down to totally manageable. While I can't tell any particular difference on the kidneys as a whole, I will say that during the UTI, it felt like someone had hit my lower back with a bat - like there was internal bruising, even though only the UTI was going on. I would assume that was my kidneys giving their vote to what was taking place. It ALL calmed down. This combination actually DOES what it says it will do, which is help your kidneys and bladder get back to normal. I rarely recommend an herbal supplement, but I do have to high-five this one. The relief was within days, not weeks, and while I dno't take it every day now, I take it a couple times a week, and all is well. No more pain! Both thumbs up.
