Love this. Customer service was excellent. Even when I managed to crack one of the pieces the company shipped me out a replacement part completely free and without hassle. This made it so easy for me to pump and store breastmilk and I never worried that the milk has gone bad. This was a lifesaver for flights and travel.

Perfect for breast milk storage. I use it when I pump at work. I trust that it will stay cold if the fridge goes out and I don’t have to wash a ton of silicon bags.

Used this to travel by air 20 hours. Was able to change out the ice in the top section every 5-6 hours and keep the milk cold for the whole trip.

This chiller is great for when I'm pumping at work and keeping my milk cold. Definitely buy for your breast milk!!!

UPDATE: the seller reached out and sent me a new chiller and it is night and day , I definitely believe I had a faulty one . They went above and beyond to correct this and I’m so excited to have one that works , no leaks :) I had heard wonderful things about this product so decided to give it a go since we like to take day trips and have a road trip planned for a few months from now : - the top leaks , in the instructions it says if there is less than 7 oz to put pitcher upside down , but the cap leaks no matter how tight I have it closed . I even got a replacement and still leaks - I had over 30 oz go bad in this , I followed every instruction, it just did not keep it cold enough . - I tried using it as a secondary pitcher ( I use the pitcher method ) and the milk went bad in it . Only had it in the fridge for a day , so kinda surprised but it did not allow it to be cold at all . For a 80$ thermos I expected high quality and it’s just not . It’s defective , works poorly , and I have lost close to 50 oz total between trying to get this thing to work and get some use out of it . DO NOT BUY just use ice packs and save yourself the headache .
