Quick and efficient response
Unfortunately the wrong colour day was dispatched which could have resulted in me dying my hair the wrong colour! However I spotted the mistake thankfully and the company very quickly resolved the problem by sending out a replacement within 24 hours and a polite apology which was appreciated!

Die beste Tönung- nur der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Scheinbar wird diese Farbe nicht mehr produziert. Schade. Sollte wieder ins Programm genommen werden.

Per capelli bianchi
Uso da anni questa tinta nonostante io abbia meno di quarant’anni per la copertura dei capelli bianchi che nel mio caso sono tanti.il prodotto ha una buona copertura dei capelli bianchi ma con un risultato naturale: capelli bianchi rimangono leggermente più chiari come se fossero dei naturali riflessi dei capelli un effetto che trovo molto bello. L’unica nota per me negativa è che soffrendo di dermatite mi irrita un pochino la pelle lasciando un leggero rossore che però scompare dopo una mezz’ora.
