The drain bulbs were velcro'ed to the hospital bra underneath my armpits. So every time I moved my arms, they'd run up against (not fun when you've also had lymph node removal). I ordered this apron and it arrived the next day, CHANGED MY LIFE. It's WAY better to pop the drain bulbs into the little apron pockets. You can adjust the waist strap to any size. It's so comfortable. I wore it all day even when sleeping. When I took a bath I just pulled the whole thing up - so easy. I have not had to use the neck pocket pouch thing at all. After I had the first 2 drains removed, I just pulled two pockets off the waist strap and now only wear two of the little pockets. When I go out to doctors appointments I just wear it like the apron it is, it's so cute. The entire thing is very well made. I'll definitely order this for any friends who need to undergo a mastectomy in the future. If you are reading this -- best wishes with your surgery and recovery. You've got this and you are stronger than you think you are xo ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This made having drains post mastectomy a little easier to manage *by L***G on November 3, 2022* The belt is somewhat comfortable and has enough material to fit probably most women. I did have to add safety pins after a few days of wearing this, but it’s in use 24hours a day from the time you get out of surgery until you get your drains out which could be up to 3 weeks, so the elastic does stretch out a bit. The reservoir pockets are removable, so this works for 1-4 drains. The shower pouch is great! Your drains are supported while showering and your belt stays dry.
