Tablestick Salt and Pepper Grinder Set

Wonderful product! We had to update our 30 year old ones from the same maker, but very pleased with our new ones!

Yesterday my spouse said, “I thought these were a gimmick when you first put them on the table because how could something that looks so different be good? But these are great!” Now that’s a seal of approval not usually given for a product by my spouse. These grinders not only look and work great, but they are simple & fast to refill. Plus the tall design means less need to refill. The grind adjustment is fantastic. These are made by a small family company on the U.S. East Coast and the quality speaks for itself. These are solid & beautiful in the hand. Sometimes you just want something that works great and feels great too. These fit that bill. Now I’m buying the individual large pepper grinders as Xmas gifts for the uncles in the family! I wish this company would make large salt grinders too just because these table sized ones are so great & I’m obsessed!

I am sure I have owned half a dozen pepper grinders, and they all have disappointed me. This one is absolutely amazing! You can grind entire teaspoons full of the perfect grind in 15 seconds. The salt shaker is equally excellent. I like how they stand tall in the middle of the table like candles in candlesticks.

My Unicorn Pepper Gun (the original) has, at 20+ years, finally stopped working. The salt gun shall be buried along with it. Long live the PepperStick (and SaltStick)! And, please, bring back the 'guns.

The pepper grinder has impressed me the most. This isn’t my first grinder set, but it’s the first one that hasn’t eventually stopped catching peppercorns. I thought the small size would cause problems, but it enables me to hold the body with one hand and flick the handle with my thumb if my other hand’s busy. Admittedly, I have to refill the salt more than I’d like, but that’s obviously going to change based on your preference.

Order now. So very much worth every penny. Great items from this company. I Had purchased my first pair of unicorn peppermills likely 10 plus years ago. Since then, I’ve purchased at least 10 more pairs for gifts of the table sticks, regular size, mini size for travel ( sadly no longer available) and magnums for kitchen use. Most recently i had ordered a set for replacement of a unicorn regular size one that broke due to my OWN ACTIONS. Fell on tile floor and mechanism broke away from body of Mill. As this style was not in stock, i sent an email with a photo AND the cause of my own carelessness breaking, to see if i could send back to factory for repair at my own expense of course. In less than 2 weeks I was surprised with a BRAND NEW UNICORN MILL. GREAT COMPANY. GREAT SERVICE. I HOPE THEY STAY IN PROFITABLE BUSINESS A VERY LONG TIME.

We're going to try other salt crystals but we used the type of salt recommended by the manufacturer and can't get it to grind, regardless of what level we change it to. That also is a disappointment as it isn't easy to change the setting, unlike the previous set we bought from the Nantucket people a few years ago. The pepper grinder is fine but again, the salt grinder just won't behave.

These are great, smooth ergonomic design. Got a pair for my elderly mother and she just absolutely loves them. She apparently is telling everyone about them and how easy they are on her hands to use
