Yes. if you have neck issues also a good idea to put a pillow under your shoulders. Also, they make good disposable covers. Recommend it.

Is this easy to clean/sanitise between clients?

Yes. I actually use fabric face cradle covers, so I just use an antibacterial spray and wipe it down before putting a new cover on.
