The D3 gel caps are perfect, they come in 1000 UI, 2000 UI, 5000 UI; people who live in Washington state along I-5 corridor are vitamin D deficient...I have lived in whatcom County for over 25 years, I know its true. I take a supplement in tje winter and fall tha4 has vitamin D in it, but it's not enough...so I take 2000 or 5000 every day to keep my D levels where they need to be.

Like the convenience and the taste. I take maintenance medication so is nice to have a pill alternative for the extra stuff I take.

I felt so bad for a few months. There is not much sun where I live fall - spring. I have been experiencing all kinds of muscle and joint aches, and my mood has been up and down, borderline feeling depressed for some reason. I looked it up and I might be deficient in Vitamin D. I decided on this brand. I take this every other day, and I have been noticing vast improvement in my condition. I got the berry flavor, but I just swallow it with water. Good value for money.

A bit pricey, but this version brings up my Vit D levels much better than the oil based capsules.

Small enough to swallow without any trouble. I do seem to feel a bit better when I take these everyday as I should.
