Hi - is this just the bottle or solution as well? (In the product info 'format' section it says 'liquid'...) Many thanks.

This comes as a packet with sachets of powder, the bottle with the tube and special lid for the nasal douche, but you need to buy yourself some purified water to make up the mixture. The purified water is recommended because it has no impurities in it but I suppose you could use boiled water as well. The water needs to be warmed for the douche itself but not too hot.

What is the little plastic bottle for? I think its a nasal spray after rinse, anyone can tell me is this right.

Thanks for the answer,I think what I am trying to understand is.I bought the kit and there was a small sample bottle saying Nasal Spray and I was not sure what it was for as there was no instructions on the plastic bottle.I was therefore thinking maybe one has to use this nasal spray once you have done the nasal rinse as this tends to dry the nasal passage way,and the nasal spray is to moisten.
