Great posture support it fits really well with your clothes and the heat is amazing!

Didn't find it warmed but did offer a good support for the lower back

Lightweight support..one size fits most!
I really like this lower back support as it is very lightweight. (100G) 140cm in length. It feels very comfortable wearing. The velcro fastening is easy to use & fits most sizes. There is an extra velcro strap on each side to further secure. I use it when gardening just that little support & reminder not to over do it! The self heating feature is fabulous as it really soothes the back. If you require a robust support ..this one is probably not for you. The quality feels OK...but time will tell in its longevity.. I will update. Made from breathable materials Good value at amazing price of £6.79. I can reccommend . I had exactly the same style which lasted 3 years..I hope this lasts as long..although my previous back support was a bit thicker & heavier. Hopefully weight & thickness won't affect durability.

I am at the moment, suffering badly with my lower back pain, and people don't realise how many times per day we all bend our back and now after having muscle desease for years, I have now reached at point to where I am now. I decided to have a back support belt to see if it could make me feel a little more comfortable. So as I have been wearing this belt for just a few days, I think it is maybe a little too early to make this review, but saying that, I do feel a difference, so I will make another review in a few more weeks. It's very comfy to wear, very easy to put on and when you take the belt off that's were you find a difference.

Supportive belt that heats up against the skin.
The belt is adjustable the Velcro can be adjusted to go larger or smaller, and the belt heats up whilst against your skin. Yes this certainly does work and it does get very hot against your skin, the more you physically work out. I can’t say it it helps you loose weight though, I only wanted it to support my back during a training session.
