It fits under the window, aisle and middle seats on United airplanes. Ironically, it did not fit in the personal bag tester, but I chose not to check the bag and had plenty of height and width room under the seat. **Q: will this bag meet the strict Frontier and Spirit personal bag requirements? all parts of the bag must fit in the bin including wheels and straps.** A: The bag is very compact and easily fit under the seat. Seems to be very well made. Just completed it’s first flight. Happy customer! **Q: Does somebody have the exact measurements including wheels, etc. I’m noticing mixed reviews on frontier air lines. Will it fit in the Sizer?** A: Yes, it will fit in the sizer. **Q: Any tips on using the telescopic handle? Sometimes I can get it all the way up, sometimes not.** A: I've found that nothing works as it should when I lack patience, lol. My best advice is take a deep breath, exhale slowly, then depress the button on the handle and pull firmly but slowly and evenly on the handle. If it doesn't rise all the way up, push it back down a little bit and try pulling it up again. I've found that all bags with extendable handles stick sometimes.
