I also think it's making me heal much quicker too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best investment for postpartum healing *by J***N on 23 April 2021* One of the best investments I made for my postpartum healing! I was tempted to make my own but I’m so glad I invested in this. It didn’t provide pain relief as such but it did provide relief in the discomfort after my episiotomy. Best kept in the fridge, it helped with swelling & the smell made me feel a lot more “fresh”. Every time I went to the toilet for about 4 weeks I cleaned myself with a spare sports cap water bottle, dried the area, put on a new pad and sprayed this on the bad and on my stitches. The bottle is designed well so it can be sprayed upside down. It’s even better kept in the fridge for more relief. I bought myself some salts too but wish I got the midwife expert salts.
