I had attempted to get the v-bar from this company since those work great for tris and bicept curls. The weld was off on both so those were sent back for full refunds. I've been getting bored on my lifts and really wanted some kind of accessory bar. I decided, based on the reviews of this bar, to give this company another chance because a bar like this so cheap is hard to pass up. I can say that while the bar itself is heft and feels like it'saybe 8lbs by itself, it is much better made and seems to move fairly fluidly. The rotating mechanism comes packed with grease so you may need to wipe it down before initial use, and seems to give you a locations you could leverage on the future to add more grease if needed. I'm happy with this purchase and now use this for bicept curls, tricept kick downs, rows, and standing lat pushdowns. Pretty versatile for the price.

I returned the item because it started squeaking. Nothing wrong with the rest of the design.

思ってたよりずっしりしてます。取り付け部がフリーでクルクル回るので少し違和感がありますが、すぐ慣れるでしょう。作りもしっかりしているので永く使えるでしょう。
