Can someone who has bought this tell me whether the adhesive on this sound foam is strong or not? Will it easily fall off?

I installed them in my bedroom, and so far everything is normal. The adhesive is pretty good.

Will thwy block noise coming in from apartment neighbors?

No this is a absorber you need a sound barrier.

I would say yes but not a HUGE difference, just a enought to muffle. These are good but not studio quality, better than nothing.

There is a surprising, fantastic variety in materials used for these tiles' purpose - wood, leather, metals finishes and several different shapes, sizes and colors. Prices will vary depending on size, depth and material. Should be no reason why they don't work except if your t.v., is so close to window(s) that are not sealed and you live in a traffic/street busy area. Enjoy!!😁
