Lovely to hold and to look at
I had a clutch pencil that my dad gave to me when I was a small boy, it was orange, plastic and rescued from a drawing office bin. Thirty years later and feeling the need for another writing implement of this sort, I decided on a Fixpencil as it looks amazing, feels great in the hand and has the nice heritage backstory. This will be a fixture in my pencil case for a long time.

Fabulous... Perfect!
for a long time I used a very fine fixpencil from my mother, she had it for more than 20years and works like a charm, I love that pincel. I use it since 2007, it’s similar to this one but with a yellow head. But last week I decided to buy a new one and I found this one! It arrived today! It’s pretty much the same! And very happy with it! I think it will last forever. And I will finally give the one I had to my mother. I attached a photo with both pencils. (The only think that I am not fan about is the fact that this new pencil has the “caran d’ache” under the steel clip... )

Great design
These are excellent clutch pencils. One single piece of powder coated aluminum alloy for the barrel. Virtually unbreakable. I own eight of them so far.

A product from Karan D Ache does not have a proper click to advance feature in the pencil !!!!! Highly disappointing

Lovely design, perfect shape, pleasant material, flawless mechanism... This is a top quality pencil that, for me, is way better than any other pencil I've ever used.

Caran d'Ache... Need I say more 😂 The technical lead hold is actually pretty comfortable in the hand. Pretty light weight and sturdy so far. Price point was on par if not a bit better than your local art supplies, or big name stores. Have yet to find them anywhere with the price as good as this one. Will 100% be buying more so I don't have to keep changing out my Caran d'Ache 2mm leads. 4H to 3B. So plan on investing in a few more of these guys. Definitely worth the look at and buy.
