I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, and I regret ordering this product. From the moment I opened the package, it was obvious that the product did not meet basic expectations in terms of quality and value. It was not as described or as expected, and I immediately knew that I did not want to keep it. The most frustrating part of this entire experience is the company’s strict and inflexible no‑return policy. I tried to return the product immediately after opening it, without using it at all, simply because I was unhappy with the quality. Despite this, my return request was rejected with no meaningful support or willingness to help. As an online customer, this is extremely disappointing, especially when you do not have the ability to physically inspect a product before purchasing. Good quality aside, customer service and post‑purchase support are equally important, and this seller fails entirely in that regard. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, offer an exchange, or provide any solution. The policies seem to be designed to trap the customer once the order is placed, regardless of whether the product meets expectations or not. Now I am stuck with a product I do not like and cannot use, and the money spent feels completely wasted. This has been a very negative experience overall. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this product carefully read the return policy before purchasing, as you will likely have no options if you are unhappy with what you receive. Because of the poor product quality and the complete lack of customer-friendly support, I cannot recommend this product or this seller. Product delivered properly without any damage. The product is awsome. But battery life is low as per their mentioned data. It finish almost after 3 days but overall good product.

Its been a month since am using the product and I would say am totally satisfied with what is offered at the price range. Being a fitbit band user before, from accuracy point its not up to the mark but still its quite reliable. Pros and cons as per per my usage Design: Design looks premium and with leather belt looks quite a premium. Features: Am not a fan of too many features and rather quality and reliability of the feature which is being offered. Considering that it has almost all the basic features and they are quite reliable. Battery life: Am quite amazed at the battery life. With moderate usage keeping phone call off keeping only notifications on, am getting around a week's battery back up which is impressive. Cons: Accuracy: Being a fitbit owned user, I feel accuracy of the reading is not that accurate but would consider just ok with most the user(for atletics where reading should be accurate, woyld not recomment) Heart Rate: There is no continious HR monitor, it can be kept manual or automatic every five 5 mins which is fine but a continuous reading qould be more beneficial. Also app doesnt calculate resting heart rate which i was been habitual with. Customization: It has less customization, as in you cannot customize the menu screen or widget ordering and even app design coupd have been better.
