Just the right size
Just the right size for me, shorter, more compact and i love that it is made of cork. I purchased it to help with my lower back and left side that feels tighter than my right side when i am doing my yoga. I did not want something made out of rubber. This is pretty solid with a little give and works very well when I roll on it. I just got it and look forward to using for a long time. Thank you.

I'm slowly replacing my yoga "stuff" from plastic/latex/IDK-what to cork products. I love this roller! It is the perfect height and width for placing at the lower back to stretch the lower spine/pelvis. And to fit under my neck to give it a small stretch. Turn in long-way and it fits between the shoulder blades to pull them back too. It can be used on its side or turned up for when you just can't quite make it the floor. Has a lovely design and stores easily. So many uses! And made from renewable materials.

VERY dense--much firmer than a foam roller (which is good)
This cork roller works as advertised. It is made of the densest cork I've ever seen, so if you like a little bit of cushion with a foam roller I'd suggest looking elsewhere, but if you really need to get into a muscle and work it over, this is the roller for you.
