Will it work woth a photo stick or flash drive? I eant it to store my photos.

It should not, it is only a display so it only has hdmi in and micro USB for power or power+touchscreen. It does not have a USB-A which is where you would plug a flash drive.

Are there dimensional drawings available to assist in case design?

We have dimentinal drawings for every single parts, but having not drew the whole unit yet, If you need bulk quantities, we can ask our engineer to draw for you, or even can offer you a unit with case according to your design drawing.
