Getting old is rough 😂
After a cystoscopy I’ve suffered spasms and frequent urination The only diaper that has worked are these. I drink plenty of water, I had ureter cancer 8 years ago I’m happy to have found these for around the clock coverage and no spoilage

Absorb very well
I use these pads on the inside sides of my sister diaper to catch any possible leakage , this save on changing bedding every morning — works great

Holds up to the challenge.
They hold up to large surges. I'll keep buying these. They are thick and soft. Perfect for night use. Probably wouldn't wear during the day...they are bulky.

Frist wetting does not absorb
If you tinkle on this you may feel it wet but after it gets wet the pad holds quite a bit. I use for day and night wear and get a few leaks in my panties.
