I’m annoyed I am being told I have to write a review in order to get 30 months warranty as advertised. However the company have been quick to response. Item has been used for 3 days no problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, could be better designed. *by M***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 January 2018* Does what it says, and does it well. Plenty of space above and below the mains outlets for weird shaped chargers etc, which is excellent.Two things to note: 1) the power cable (on the UK version at least) is a LOT chunkier that the product image shows, but it's fine. Sits nicely on the back of my desk, held on because against the wall. If your desk has an open back, or you are using on a bedside table etc, then you'll need to use some sticky pads else the weight of the cable will pull it off the desk. 2) there is only one switch, which turns off everything together - usb and mains. It would be nice perhaps to have individual mains switches, but it's not a massive problem for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Mostly worked. *by D***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 January 2020* Ordered multiple surge protectors for a small company hotdesk office solution and for the most part it has worked. Within a month however, one of the docks have stopped working. The power outlets still work but the usb ports do not. Please send us a new one as we've tested this in multiple locations and low voltage usb connections.
