Easy to use ad clean mixer takes care of all my baking needs. Great product for the price. I don't keep it on my counter but if I did, I know it would look great. The materials used are of high quality.

I’m really happy with this Hamilton Beach stand mixer. The 4-quart size is perfect for everyday baking, and it comes with all the attachments you need—the dough hook, flat beater, and whisk work great. I love that it has 7 speeds, so it’s easy to control for different recipes, and the splash guard is a huge help to keep things clean. The rose color is beautiful and looks great on my counter. It’s easy to use, sturdy, and does a great job mixing doughs and batters. Definitely a great value for the price!

First off, this is not a KitchenAid replacement. I say that because what I really wanted was a Mix Master from KitchenAid, but I didn't want to spend the money nor did I think I really needed a heavy-duty mixer. With that said, I chose this stand mixer based on reviews. I have used it five times since I bought it a month ago. I love it. Pros: It does the job. It is lightweight, which means it is easy for me to lift out of the cabinet below the counter. It sticks like the "dickens" but that just keeps it from moving around. It mixes well, and I have only used the 1-2 settings. It is very easy to clean. Cons: I cannot think of any. Not as verstatile as the bigger and more famous one, but then I wasn't going to shell out $500 for a mixer to use occasionally. I am a casual baker, that is all. I have made three batches of cookies and two different quick breads. I made muffins the other day, and while I didn't need to use the mixer to mix the batter, I did anyway. I love the ease of this mixer, the size, and the three attachments (whipping, dough, and general beating) are perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend this mixer for anyone looking for a small stand mixer that can handle every day baking needs.

This is my very first stand mixer, so I don't have anything to compare it to, so to me it is really neat. It is a great mixer for someone on a budget and who is a beginner. It has all the qualities of a Kitchenaid, but is a fraction of the price for someone who can't afford it. The bowl is very large for big batches of cookies, etc. Unfortunately for my family it is disappointing because I don't make such large quantities. I make half a batch of yeast dough for rolls, and it is so tiny in the mixer the dough hook barely reaches it so I ended up having to knead by hand. For someone who is making small single batches the attachments don't reach to the bottom of the bowl. I honestly haven't used it much because it is more trouble than it's worth. Cleanup is easy, but you have to really make sure it air dries well because water can get into the crevices on the bottom of the bowl. Overall I personally was disappointed because it wasn't what I was hoping for for my needs, but for the price I paid it is an excellent mixer and does its job.

This stand mixer is my very first, and I’m absolutely in love! It’s powerful enough for all my baking projects, easy to use, and the color is my favorite, it makes my kitchen look even cuter! The attachments work well, mixing everything evenly, and cleanup is simple. Definitely a great starter mixer for anyone who wants something reliable and stylish.

I was looking for a good stand mixer without having to pay KitchenAid prices, and without cheaping out on something that was going to disappoint. This thing hits that sweet spot. Been making pizza doughs with it for several weeks now, and they come out just how I wanted them to. You might have to slightly assist the flour that is left on the sides of the bowl incorporate with a silicon spatula, since a pizza dough/hook isn’t running at a high speed setting, but that’s minimal effort for the results you’re going to get. If it can handle dense pizza doughs, I have no doubt that it can handle anything any stand mixer for twice the price can handle. Zero complaints.

I bought this because my KitchenAid (over 25 years old) broke without enough time to get it repaired in time to finish Christmas baking. If you're used to a KitchenAid then there's no going back, you won't like this machine. I chose this one because it had good reviews and in the Q&A people compared it favorably to KitchenAid AND it could get there fast. In the past couple of days I've used this to make coffee cake, pfeffernusse, piparkakut (a Finnish ginger cookie) chocolate chip cookies and gingersnaps. It handled the stiff dough of pfefferenusse much better than I expected which gives me hope that it will handle bread dough well. The suction cups do hold it pretty securely to the counter top. The bowl fits into the base so you can't put it on wrong and it stays in place. (I broke my KitchenAid when I didn't have the bowl set right and it spun which sheared a pin or something). All the parts are within easy reach to clean after use. It says the bowl and beaters are dishwasher safe but I'm not sure I'd trust that, I'll be hand washing. The cons, this is a noisy machine and it's very light. The lightness could be a plus for some but it means that the components are plastic or aluminum so they will not stand up as well as the the steel of the KitchenAid. This is a smaller bowl, I'd say that 3 cups of flour is as large a batch as you're going to be able to mix at at time. Nothing climbed the beater so as long as you stay within its size limits it performs well. For me that meant cutting some recipes in half and making two batches. The controls are easy to figure out and there are a lot of choices for speed. Bottom line, I'd rather have my KitchenAid but this did everything I asked it to and as well or better than I expected. If you don't bake often or you make small batches/bake from mixes this might be the machine for you and it's far cheaper than a KitchenAid. And yes, I will be getting mine repaired.

Me costó $1900, estaba buscando una opción barata para aprender repostería, no quería irme de lleno con una KitchenAid y estuve viendo muchas marcas pero esta me convenció más, fue una buena compra, la uso principalmente para hacer betún y merengue italiano y suizo, funciona perfecto para eso, sólo que como el globo esta muy pegado al bowl, cuando vierto el almíbar en hilo, salta y choca con la pared, y una cantidad considerable se cristaliza en las paredes, como pueden ver en la foto, pero aún así me queda perfecto el merengue.

La mejor batidora a un súper precio. Bate, mezcla, amasa todo en un bowl, es fácil y práctico. El material es fácil de limpiar y el bowl es grande.

not complicated to use. it's your basic mixer, and you can bake many cake recipes with it. have not tried it yet using hamburger meat, but i imagine it will be good to use for blending ingredients with the ground meat. the baking enthusiast will be happy with this mixer's features. i like the whisk and the paddle hook. good size, comes with a deep bowl so sometimes you won't need to use the splash guard at all! the different speeds make for efficient handling.
