Are these actually rubber ? Reviews seem to indicate that they are cheap plastic instead..

Hi there Theresa, These 'Permaplug' branded 3 pin plugs are rubber. Made from TPE rubberised plastic. Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), sometimes referred to as thermoplastic rubbers. Definitely not typical rubber that we all imagine like car tyres but under true definition of classification in today's standards, they are classed as rubber. The true definition is as above... TPE. I would very highly recommend these plugs as they are very durable unlike the common bakelite plugs which break when dropped. I hope this helps.

Can you change the fuse like a normal plug?

You can, Yes. These 3 pin UK plugs are exactly the same as your everyday 3-pin UK plug. Just open it and change the fuse as normal.

Is this plug and cable clamp suitable for h07rn-f cable (3 x 1.5mm2 - max overall dia. 10.5mm)?
