Perfect and exactly like the one I use at the gym does not budge when placed on the carpet unlike others. Also added bonus of good instructions to get you started if you need a helping hand.

A nice soft covering and the curve of the mat is not too high, so, when totally lying over the mat on your back it gives a nice trunk extension (i.e allows the spine to curve backwards), which is well supported. Useful for those who struggle with a Pilates 1/2 Roll Back as it means that the pelvis has less distance to go in comparison to the floor.

It's not fir me!!! Find it harder to use than the floor!!

Très bon produit, pas trop mou, bonne finitions même en dessous. Seul point qui pourrait être amélioré, il pourrait y avoir une bande d'une matière anti dérapante sous le coussin, pour éviter qu'il se déplace au sol pendant l'utilisation, car cette matière glisse, légèrement (testé sur des tommettes, un tapis de sol pour abdos, et un tapis de maison). Le problème fut résolu en utilisation sur sol caoutchouc mais tout le monde n'en dispose pas forcement chez soit. Sinon très content.

This pad is awesome. Usually I can't do very many situps because my back and neck start hurting. Using this pad, the only strain is on my abdominal muscles, and my back gets a pleasant little stretch while I'm at it. My kids have very weak cores and can't do sit ups, so their physical therapist had them put a pillow under their backs and they still struggled, but with this pad, my 9 year old daughter can do them without assistance. She feels proud of her accomplishment and is actually doing her exercises more often.
