Great for Tennis Elbow Pain
I love this! I have what doctors say is tennis elbow. My therapy sessions have been so painful. I am so glad I found this. All you do is keep it in the freezer until you are ready to use it. Slide it on your arm and set your timer. The cold is evenly distributed throughout the sleeve. It is comfortable and compact.

A little loose on my arm and elbow, but it still fits. i would like to give it 4.5 stars if i can. The only thing is when the ice cubes are freeze, those are expanded and uneven. otherwise it is a good product.

Beat ice pack for elbow joint! Flexible and not too tight. Easiest way to ice your elbow joint! Ice cubes can move around within sleeve.

Your (elbow is) As Cold As Ice
I use this after my pickleball sessions to soothe my elbow and it has been working great. It's a little loose, so I hike up a thick wristband on my forearm to keep it in place. I usually keep it on for about an hour after I play and it feels SOOOOO NICE!

Comfortable relief without the mess of ice
This works really well for my tennis elbow. It stays cold long enough to help with the pain but isn’t too cold or uncomfortable. I also like that it doesn’t make a mess like using regular ice. Easy to use, flexible, and great for targeted relief.

I bought the sleeve, and it is Good and cold, but slips off and cools other areas that don't need to be cooled

Came damaged, blah
My search continues for a decent ice pack. This one came from the package with a hole in the seam. Not a huge deal because I know how to sew. The cubes move inside of it which is highly annoying. Took 10 hours to get cold in a deep freezer. It wasn't even cool after the 3 hours it states. Stayed cold for about 18 minutes before being fully room temperature. Not at all as advertised. Most of the little cubes inside have some sort of liquid in them but some are hollow.

Cold. Kinda annoying.
These stay cold. However, the sleeve is comprised of many tiny plastic ice cubes that get all jumbled up and get be uncomfortable and annoying. Could definitely use a design upgrade.

This is a really great ice pack. Have tried a few others for my husbands golfers elbow and they all warmed up way too fast. This one stays cold for a very long time enough to do both elbows in one sitting at 20 min each. One issue is it could be a bit more elastic to hold very tight however it’s the best one we’ve ever tried by far.

Bought this due to tennis elbow and I am not disappointed. This has helped greatly in my recovering process, allowing the entirety of my elbow to be surrounded for cooling. Very happy to recommend.

So I have really bad tennis elbow, and I got annoyed always holding an ice pack on my arm, so this sleeve really interested me, something you could just slide on and leave it, this product has the right idea however I don’t like that the squares move and shift around and overlap each other. So it’s more annoying to wear. You have to keep fixing the squares in order to get complete cold coverage so I’ll be going with a different product with a similar sleeve. As for the cold therapy, it’s just OK.
