Very convenient snack
This is a very convenient food if you are a working person or a student or someone who has a very busy schedule. This is a good one time snack which will last you for anything from 2-3.5 hours depending on your metabolism. It really is tasty and very fibrous and it is rich in Protien and is very very convenient snack to have.

Too much added colours, flavors, and chemical. Highly saturated fat and highly in calories. This bar is not a healthy one.

Tasty & healthy protein bar
This was my first time purchasing this protein bar and it was damn tasty. I was skeptical before purchasing it because of the comments regarding the taste, but I went ahead to purchase it and honestly the taste is amazing. Will definitely purchase again. Would recommend it for those who are looking for an healthy snack.
