So I purchased this adapter along with another companies gutter scraper cleaning tool that screws onto the end of a separate telescopic pole. I needed to clean a hard to reach section of gutter that had a huge weed growing out over the top of the corner end of a gutter. I thought the scraper would hook in the gutter and clean out the weed and muck. I purchased the adapter as a back up in case the scraper did not work. It turned out the scraper would not go into the gutter as my tiles are too close to the gutter not leaving enough room to get the scraper in. So I tried the Karcher adapter on the Karcher telescopic pole with spray/jet attachment and even with the immense power, it could not budge the weed but did spray plenty of muck out the gutter down to me, yes you get covered be warned. TIP: The weed sat there out the top of the gutter as if teasing me, so I needed to see what was going on. I got my go pro, connected it to my iPad Bluetooth. Took the spray nozzle and adapter off my Karcher telescopic lance, attached my go pro to an table top bendy tripod, attached the tripod to the end of the telescopic lance with masking tape and hoisted the camera assembly up to the gutter to see what was going on. I rested the iPad on a ladder so I could see the screen while I held the telescopic lance with both hands. I could now see what was going on up there. The muck had almost gone but the weed was huge, the root system filled the entire end of the gutter and it was held fast. Now I knew what I was up against I knew what to do. My scraper would not fit in the gutter but it also had multi angles and it bent straight down which meant I could get the masking tape once again and tape a very large screw driver to the end pointing downwards. I hoisted the assembly up and sure enough it loosened the whole weed out of the gutter. I reassembled the Karcher adapter nozzle onto the telescopic pole and once again blasted water into the gutter until I thought the debris had all gone. Once again I attached my camera and took another look. Sure enough the weed had gone and the gutter was clean. I also inspected all my other gutters with the camera and they were fine. Conclusion: While this adapter does fit the Karcher telescopic lance/jetter and is extremely powerful, it still was unable to unblock the gutter on its own. It still required additional help from other equipment. However I rate this equipment 5 stars as without it, the parts of the weed and most of the muck would still be in the gutter. I think the price is very good, the design is good, the part is robust and from a brand you can trust!
