How long can you store it?

Judging by the "best when used by" date I would guess just a year or a little under. It essentially a flour product. I store my flours is a dark cool place, or if I have room in the refrigerator. If all else fails, I always suggest contacting the co. Hope this was helpful.

The brand White Wings in Australia stopped making 'Gravy Flour' and this product is an excellent alternative allowing me to easily thicken gravies, soups, stews etc.

I purchase these via Amazon frankly because it's cheaper than I can buy locally, significantly so. I purchase them delivered to my door. I store them in the freezer and pull them out as I need them. You get six. Super fine flour. Since I don't use much flour, I use it for about anything I need a little flour for.
