Been taking two with my breakfast since monday, I've had full nights sleep each night since, for me it's a miracle. I have had insomnia for years and always wake sweating between 2-5am every night no fail. My sweats have almost gone and getting a solid sleep has certainly improved my daily energy levels. I have tried so many things for sleep and nothing has helped, I didn't actually buy this product for that reason but it has done me the world of good. I am more focused too with brain fog lifted. I do hope it carries on benefitting me with continued use.
