I've tried a lot of BT speakers over the years and this one has the best sound by a long way. The whole frequency range is beautifully covered and the sound is clear with each part of the music distinct. Bass is powerful and rich without being muddy and overwhelming. Treble is clear (seperate tweeters), and the mid are all present and correct.However, each of the flaws below made this not practicable for me:1. The biggest flaw was actually the BT connection. If you put the device in standby (or let it time-ot) then the connection somehow held, and if you play any sound through your phone this wakes the speaker back up. So despite switchng the speaker off it doesn't play nicely if you then want to use a different BT connection. If you completely power off the machine by holding the power button (inconveniently at the back) then the pairing is completely forgotten, meaning a trip to your BT settings on the phone to re-pair, rather than simply powering o the speaker to re-establish. As I use multiple BT speakers this is a huge pain, and is not the way any other speaker I have ever used works.2. Battery life is shocking. This is pretty clear when you buy it, but even that 5 hours is a very generous estimate at even moderate volume.3. The machine is very heavy and large. This is not a 'show-stopper', but be sure you really check out the dimensions before you buy.4. The app is rubbish-just too flaky in what it detects etc.To be fair without point one I'd have been happy, but it is one aspect of what seems overall like an amazing speaker for sound let down by consistently poor design and software design elements. Vifa will probably learn and improve as they go. Also the price has dropped a lot. At 599GBP this would always have been too much. At around 400GBP this would be great value without the BT problems. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sad story *by O***9 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 May 2021* So sad, just after one week I bought this speaker, you got my favourite colour in store again...
