Creative Deco Large Blue Wooden Box Storage with Hinged Lid 11.8x7.87x5.51

I bought this to house a microscope when not in use. I tricked it out to not only fit the microscope but also the accessories. I put on a handle for picking up and carrying. I attached latches to prevent unintended opening. I stained it chestnut. I didn’t finish it as well as I could have if I spent more time but it’s not a piece of furniture, cabinet, door or molding so it is good enough for me.

Very nice and solid box. Smells like pine.

Yeah, I should have looked closer at the reviews. It’s over priced, poorly constructed with cheap materials, glorafied cardboard box with what appears to be some kind of plastic glaze???You can get a good pine wood box from local hobby shops for 1/3 of the price. Just can’t find them in the larger sizes.

I wanted to gift the Harry Potter hardback book collection I slowly gathered to give to my daughter for Christmas this year. I ordered the natural wood box with the intention of decorating the box myself. The box itself is a little expensive for the quality considering it has a particle board bottom, rough edges, and was cracked. I fixed the crack with wood glue and sanded the edges. I stained with oil based stain in walnut, added a clasp, added felt on the bottom inside, and stenciled her name on the top of the lid and a little quote on the inside of the lid. I kept the original hinges and colored the fabric strap holding the lid up. Everyone couldn’t believe I decorated it myself. And my daughter loved the box and of course the gifts inside. So it worked out really well.

I bought this for our Church to store memorabilia within it. We are about to celebrate our 125th year since our founding and there's a lot of programs and past directories that needed a "good safe home". This worked great. Good quality, opens well, about the right weight.

This isn’t awesome and it’s not awful. A ribbon used to hold lid open with staples. Lid on crooked. However, the color is true black and the box it’s self seems to be made ok. But to me the Quality does not justify cost. I’m returning.

Husband and i used these to put on top of our oversized bedside tables to replace having drawers. These look so nice and sleek. Very great quality and put together well.

Perfect size for my daughters senior year keepsake box. 😍

Vi gjorde om lådan till ett litet skåp. Blev bra!👍🏻
