It's very easy to use and it gets the Job done

This is great…. It’s like a hurt me so good kind of thing. If you had lipo this is a great in between for the lymphatic drainage massages. I use this on the days I don’t have a massage and I do 2/ weekly. It’s great for breaking into some of those harder fluid areas - just be careful at first then speed up as you roll towards your lymph nodes and add some more pressure. I use it with faja still on and it does a great job of alleviating some of the built up ouch from the day before bed.
