I should have saved myself the drive. Review: This product worked fine for a little over four years. Then the valve started leaking when closed. I removed the valve handle and tried to tighten the interior core as I didn't know how else to repair it. The leak soon returned. In the end I left the valve open and installed a 1/4" dripline valve on the hose to control flow. If you are fine with a basically throwaway product, this adapter is great.
