Outstanding chair, terrible Amazon home service support
This is by far the best chair I have purchased. I am 5'4 and the seat depth on the shortest setting is perfect. The lower lumbar support is also at a good height at the highest setting, but if my torso was taller, the lumbar support would be too low, so I would caution a taller person in buying this chair that needs sufficient back support. The headrest is at a comfortable position, although it is on the higher side so when it is moved forward to help what is advertised as fixing "text neck", it does not fall into the right spot and is rather uncomfortable. The seat is extremely comfortable and good for at-home work where I sit for the majority of the working day. The only complaint that I have, which is not related to the capabilities of the chair, is the support from Amazon home service. I originally purchased Amazon's service team to come assemble the chair for me because it looked like a quite complex setup with all the adjustments. After waiting at home during the four-hour time slot allocated for assembly, the tech never arrived. I tried to contact Amazon support and could not get through to a real person, and the only options were to check shipping, reschedule, or cancel. I finally sent a message to the seller and told them the tech never arrived. I got a response 15 minutes later that said they would contact my local repreatatives. An hour later after hearing no response, I contacted them again and asked if any progress had been made. They said I could reschedule for a later date. I ended up cancelling the Home Service Support and assembled the chair myself, which took less than 10 minutes. The chair is 7 peices with a 6 screw assembly and comes with a heavy-duty Allen key to screw everything together. They even ship the chair in a box that is the perfect size to rest the bottom of the chair on in order to attach the back. All of the ergonomic adjustments are shipped pre-installed so they cannot be messed up during assembly. The only semi-difficult task was to flip the chair upright once assembled because it is such a sturdy chair and is a little heavier than it looks. I have assembled furniture from places like IKEA and Wayfair (including office chairs) and this is by far the easiest assembly I have completed. If you are to purchase this chair, I would strongly discourage you to purchase the $60 Amazon home service assembly. You can just as easily assemble it yourself for much less hassle.

It lives up to the hype! *UPDATED REVIEW*
UPDATE 6/5/2020 I was so happy with this chair that I immediately gave it 5 stars and all the accolades that it deserves. Well, a few days into using the chair, I noticed that the seat cushion was defective. It was defective in a way that the foam gave out way too soon. I am 6' tall, 195lbs, and I don't think I weigh enough to wear out a seat cushion that quickly. So, I reached out to Sidiz and they were very helpful with my concern. They took time to figure out what could be wrong with the product that I received and sent me a replacement cushion. I received the replacement cushion just an hour ago. I inspected it and compared it to the original seat. They sent me a seat that's about an inch or so thicker. I also noticed that they used a different foam material. Or maybe it's just the color. Anyway, I installed the new seat and I have to say that it is so much better! Yes, it is much more firm than the original seat, but there is enough give to it that my butt settles into it quite nicely. I also experience pain on my coccyx due to a snowboarding accident years ago, and I don't have that problem with the new seat. This is the first time I experienced that an Amazon vendor has given this much attention to a customer's concern on their product. And for that, I give them 5 stars! As for the squeaking sound you hear, it's coming from the lumbar support section. It's a sound produced when 2 plastic parts exert pressure against each other. I imagine that this can be alleviated by adding a thin layer of padding. Unfortunately, there is no way to access the screws on the lumbar support unless you peel away the mesh back. The sound only comes out if you're moving too much on your chair. If you are very restless, then, you'll hear more of that sound. It doesn't bother me at all because I sit pretty steady. So, that's that. I am a happy camper! I recommend this product, not only because it's a good one, but because the company has a very good customer service! _______________________________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got this chair delivered minutes ago and I was so excited and assembled it immediately. It took less than 10 minutes! Lay down the feet, put the spring, attach the back onto the seat. Attach the arm rests. Position the chair onto the spring. Voila! All of the chairs that I have bought, returned, or given away, have all been short in height. I was skeptical about this one. But the fact that it has a seat height adjustment on top of the spring mechanism, is amazing. I am actually seated perfectly now, with both feet flat on the floor with my knees bent at 90 degrees! The other amazing thing about this chair is that it comes with adjustable armrest height. This enables me to position my arms properly, and straight reach to the keyboard and mouse. Again, that angle is critical and I am definitely glad that this chair allows me to have that. The adjustable lumbar support is also a welcome change. Gaming chairs just give you that pad, which does nothing, really. With the T50, the lumbar support can be adjusted to what your body needs! I did wish that the horizontal adjustment added another inch. Even the headrest is adjustable! They really thought of everything! One thing I wished it included was a selectable tilt angle/height. There is just normal and the high level. Nothing in between. Well, almost. They didn't add a leg rest. Then again, if they did, I'd be sleeping on this chair! And we don't want that now, do we? =)

Good for the price
I've owned this for just a month and I'm 5'11/190lb, so keep that in mind. After breaking two cheap (below $100) chairs and returning another two (a $150 and a $200), this looks like a good compromise between getting a good ergonomic chair to work from home but, without breaking the bank, since a Herman Miller or Steelcase both are over $ 1000 new, and I didn't want to roll the dice with a used ("refurbished") one so this seemed like a good alternative since it's backed up with the Amazon's return policy. The good: - It has very, very good adjustability. - The design is very attractive. - The cushion/cover can be removed for washing. - Materials are of good quality (not top-notch but definitely you can tell the difference against the cheaper chairs). - The base above the gas cylinder is aluminum. - Rolls very smoothly (I've used mostly on a hard floor tho) The room for improvement: - Not the best cushion, not bad either but yeah, could be better. I have to switch positions from time to time so my buttom doesn't get numb (not that often that bothers me, also I used to switch and move a lot even with Steelcase chairs back at work). - For particular situations, the headrest is somewhat useless. It will not stay in place if you lean back (all the way) and.. try to rest your head there, it starts to move back until you end up in a very uncomfortable position. It should have a locking mechanism. It's ok if you just want to rest your head from time to time when you are in a sitting position. - It started squeaking already, some noise is understandable, but there was one driving me crazy, especially at night when it's all quiet. The mechanism for tilting the seat is all plastic parts, so when I moved (myself, not the mechanism) I could hear it squeaking, I wasn't even leaning, just the movement over the seat alone, like side to side would trigger it. I ended up disassembling the chair to put some silicone grease in all moving parts, that did the trick. Mainly this is why I put 4 stars. - Speaking about the devil, that seat tilting mechanism could be the weak point for its demise, even though the base is aluminum, in the end, your weight will be supported by those plastic parts. In their defense, there IS a metal bar connecting all those parts, but still. I'll try to update in a few months since I'll be keeping this. All and all, I do like this chair, especially for the price point and what it offers in return. [Second-month update]: Wheels started to squeak as well, I applied the same silicone grease between the metal inserts and the hole, that fixed it. [Tenth-month update]: The seat foam gave up. I was getting numbness on my buttom after a few mins. Contacted support, they sent a thicker replacement foam. So all good, I'd still recommend this chair.

Most comfortable chair I've owned, great Hermon Miller Aeron alternative
After buying three chairs for $250 or less I realize I needed to spend some money for all-day comfort. I was sold on the Herman Miller Aeron, but it was easily crossing a thousand dollars with the add-on options I wanted. I did some solid research on Aeron alternatives and I selected this one based on price (excellent), reviews, how it looks, and the ability to return it if I didn't like it. The chair was easy to set up, super comfy, and at first, my body was like, "this is different, it's a new chair, do you like it?" Within an hour I had stopped thinking about the chair and just worked the rest of that Friday. The following Monday I played around with all the adjustments and got it dialed in. It adjusts in so many ways, you can easily set it up to your needs. In the days after that, I never thought about the chair again. I can work all day in the most comfort I've ever had in a chair. For me, the adjustability and comfort alone are worth it. It happens to be affordable and looks great too. #### Here's my take after 1.5 weeks and 40 hours of sitting: Pros: The back tension is amazing. I leave it unlocked so I can lean back as far as I want and yet sit upright without locking the chair. I can easily rotate the handle to adjust the tension while sitting. When I want to lean way back, I turn it one rotation looser. ... The seat chair is plenty "long" and you can move it forward and back. I can sit with one leg Indian style and this is helpful. The seat cushion is just right. Soft enough to stay comfortable all day, thin enough so it feels appropriate for an office chair. The armrests are super cozy and go up/down and rotate inward/outward. It's easy to assemble. It's very stable. Feels great. Cons: It sits high, even in the lowest setting. I'm 5'10'' with slightly shorter than normal legs. But I didn't have any problems. Usually, chairs go lower. The forward seat tilt feature is an on/off thing. You cannot choose how much forward tilt you want. You can just turn it on. With that said, forward tilt felt great, but normal felt even better. So I keep it off. The headrest is useless. I find this true in all headrest chairs. The lumbar thing is cool, but I just tried to make it as if it didn't exist. I'm not a fan of these. I was able to get to where I don't notice it is there. ##### In conclusion, I did a lot of research, purchased three other chairs in the last four months, and this one is leaps and bounds better than those $200 - $250 chairs. I highly recommend it. This is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned.

Looks great, but is extremely uncomfortable
I really wanted to like this chair. This was the first time that I was ordering a new office chair with comfort and good ergonomics being the primary objective rather than secondary to the style/aesthetic of a chair. That said, the look and style of this chair really grew on me and I was excited to have it in my office. I'm 5'8" / 145 lbs. and I honestly don't know what kind of body you have to have to find this chair comfortable. Sitting in it for the first 10 minutes actually feels good. I love the seat cushion - it's the right level of plush but firm. I was also excited by the reviews saying you could replace the seat cushion and that customer support had been obliging to that end... I wish all office chairs were like that! But what it boils down to is the hell-spawn of a lumbar support. The lumbar support is some type of firm, rubbery material. There are so many different ways to adjust it: you can adjust the height, tilt, and depth of the lumbar support (and I ended up trying every possible position). The problem is that it's far too firm and far too narrow. After 10 minutes, it starts to feel like the edge of a cold brick jutting into your lower back... Trying to adjust it to anything less than painful is impossible - there's no escaping the lumbar support and by the end of the day your back feels awful. Even after enduring this for a couple days, I was in denial. I still wanted to keep this chair. I thought maybe I was just sitting in it wrong or could slide the seat forward more to fix the issue. It was finally when I was looking at the back of the chair trying to figure out how I could unscrew and remove the lumbar support without tearing the mesh fabric that I realized: I paid nearly $500 for a cheap plastic/mesh *ergonomic* chair that makes my back hurt even just *thinking* about it. Even if it was comfortable, it really shouldn't cost more than $300... but this fails so bad at the basic function of just not ruining your back. That combination of being way overpriced and horribly uncomfortable justifies the one star rating for me... On the positive side, Amazon made this easy to return.

Extremely comfortable all day office chair
I’ve had this chair for over year, and it is by far the best office chair I’ve ever owned. It is extremely comfortable and keeps my body cool throughout the day. I can easily sit in this chair all day. It provides excellent support for the legs, back and head. There are many adjustments that can be made to customize the fit and feel. I am 5’11” and about 190lbs. Lumbar Support: I ended up removing the lumbar support from the chair. I found the support to be far too stiff and protruding into my back with it in any position. The support cushion is very similar to the arm rest material, it’s very stiff. My back would hurt after a few hours. With the lumbar support removed, it’s a perfect chair for me. The mesh back conforms to my back and supports me perfectly. Arm Support: At first, I did not like the arm supports because the cushion on top is firm. However, over time I grew to like it. It allowed me to keep the chair at an appropriate height and rest my arms. For comparison, I have another chair with very soft arm rests, and I find I need to raise the height of the chair to compensate for the cushy arm rests making the chair slightly too high. Head Rest: I didn’t realize how much a head rest makes a difference in an office chair. It’s a simple and amazing feature. Overall excellent chair and would buy again.

SOLID GOOD LOOKING CHAIR, BUT NOT SO COMFORTABLE
Did a ton of research originally for an office chair $200-250 and most of the items sold in Amazon, found tons of chairs with same images with different names (presumably made in China brands resold by various resellers) or chairs that cost well over $600 range. I heard about Sidiz brand before and undoubtedly a good looking chair with quite bit of features. I read the other reviews from Amazon and from Korean youtubers who have recommended this chair and decided to make the $380 plunge. It's solid, sturdy, heavier than it looks and a good looking chair. Everything works as it supposed to (be careful with the headrest that might pop out if you pull up too hard), the wheels glide easy and smooth (too easy as one reviewer said). I must agree with most of the reviewers here. The chair is not the most comfortable to sit (it doesn't hurt to sit but it's definitely on the firm side). Some reviewers mentioned a clicking noise (it's true it happens once in awhile when you use the tilt lever but it didn't bother me). The biggest thing (in addition to the hard seat) is the chair is not designed for you to sit up straight (there's a little lag when you try to sit up straight and basically you end up sitting away from the chair and I started to get a little bit of neck pain). I realized that the chair is designed for you to lean back on the headrest as you type, but for one, I am not used it, and two the seat cushion is not flush and comfortable enough to support such posture. So it's not all that comfortable leaning back nor is it comfortable trying to sit forward. They have a follow up model to this chair called T50 Air (which has a mesh seat cushion) but they are not available in the States yet (Sidiz has a USA website but they don't sell directly and instead they sell through Amazon). Adjustment-wise, you can adjust pretty much everything except you can't lower or raise the back cushion as it is molded as one piece. Is it worth $380? Lookwise, and build quality wise definitely, but if you want a comfortable and truly ergonomic chair I would say look for another chair. As for me, I will probably keep it just because it's a hassle to return it. Just thought I'd leave this review for those who are contemplating like I did. UPDATE (6/22/2020): FYI, I am 5' 11" and 230lbs. My wife who is 5' 4" and 135lbs says the firmness of the cushion and shape of the back is perfectly comfortable for her. She does agree with me about the wheels gliding too easily (it doesn't have a locking function) and not being able to sit up straight. Hope this helps!

Excellent Chair, Highly Adjustable
I work from home and need a chair that I can sit in comfortably for 8 hours a day. This chair provides so many options in terms of adjustment, and I was able to find the perfect settings for me. I have been perfectly comfortable sitting in this chair all day. It helps me to sit up straight, and the cushion is a good level of firmness for me. Personally, the armrests don't go high enough to reach my elbows when I'm sitting up straight, but I don't mind that. I also elected not to use the headrest, as it was too low for me. I am 6'3, so these things may be different for shorter people. I have not had any problems with the lumbar support as some reviews mention. I leave it in the highest and least protruding setting and it barely touches my back. The parts of the chair seem well made. Some of them are plastic but they seem to be high quality. The experience of opening the packaging and putting the chair together felt much more premium than I expected. The manufacturer clearly put some thought into how the chair is presented on opening the packaging. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair. It is well made, comfortable, and has so many options for adjustment that it should work for almost anyone.

Good Chair with Serious Padding Issues
Initially, this chair seemed like a good buy, but the seat padding has proven to be of poor quality. After only six months of use, it's practically as if you're sitting on the hard plastic below, offering little to no comfort or support. Dealing with the supplier for a resolution has been frustrating. They've asked me to jump through numerous hoops, demanding multiple photos and insisting on direct contact rather than handling it through Amazon's platform, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Overall, I do not recommend this chair. The comfort level drops significantly after a short period, and customer service has been less than satisfactory. Look for a better quality option for your seating needs.

Not adjustable enough
This chair is alright, once I added in a footstool and some arm rest pads. As it is the chair lacks the range of adjustments found in other chairs like the ones in my WeWork office. The arm rests don’t go high enough and the chair itself doesn’t go low enough. Wish I hadn’t bought it but not sufficiently displeased to return it :)
