How do i get a vat receipt for this product?

Got to menu, click on my orders, click on order you want invoice for, click view details, view invoice.

How many come in this pack ? Is it 20 seperate packs ?

If you’ve ordered a pack with 20 showing then it will be 20 separate instant ice packs (they are smaller ... square ... the bigger ones are oblong) but yes, definitely individual ice packs!

Why is there a use by date on these?

Just a guess but I’d think the individual packaging inside which separates the chemicals will degrade over time and they could activate in your rucksack without pressure so may not be any use when you need them?

How to activate? Have searched 4 so far and no activation sachets inside. Ridiculous and useless.

I can only tell you about the box that I am using. They are some of the best that I have used but I will admit that they are very difficult to activate. You have to really smash the small sachet inside but when you manage to break the sachet they are good. You get used to it after a while.
