Este molde me encanta, yo en mis ratos libres hago pasteles sobre pedido y este molde es ideal ya sea para un pastel normal o una genoise... Pero OJO! La mezcla se sale, esto es facil de solucionar forrando el molde con papel aluminio o mejor poniendolo en una charola como si fuera un aro para pastel. El molde es bueno, la altura en relación con el ancho es estupenda. Solo tenga en mente que es un molde que neceaita preparacion extra.

Le moule est léger. Il fait le job mais prévoir un plateau sous ce moule avant de le mettre au four car lorsqu'il est beurré, la matière grasse s'échappe.

Acquistato la sera, ricevuta nella tarda mattinata del giorno dopo, un servizio coi fiocchi. L'articolo serviva x preparare la classica crescia di Pasqua marchigiana e lo sgancio dello stampo rende tutto molto più semplice, non occorre nemmeno ungerlo internamente xché è antiaderente, basta aprire et voilà ecco servita la crescia. Soddisfattissima.
