The product eceeded my expectations.

$50 for a low quality cd player that doesn’t work very well, looks like it came from 5 below, and has a stupid design - all of the buttons protrude from the profile of the player and the disc eject button protrudes even further.. that way you can accidentally skip tracks and pop it open all the time! I thought to myself, at least the headphones look nice.. but they were broken. Totally unusable. I expected better, not only for the price they’re asking but also, because I recognized the brand name from when I was a kid. I guess ‘coby’ doesn’t mean anything anymore. Disappointing.

Value was reasonable, considering it has FM .Size is just right. Very easy to use. Design is good. No problems with skipping. Have one issue, I put new batteries in and tried to play cd and it keeps shutting off. I have checked everything. I checked the booklet to help me out, but had no troubleshooting instructions. It seems to work fine with it plugged into the wall though. Outside of my one issue, this is a good quality product with really good stero sound.

Just what my husband wanted.

I like the sound and it is doing what I hoped for. Two things take time to adjust to: 1. I had to find a good “carry sack” so I can walk around (naturally CD’s are a rather large size) 2. Printing on the directions and the buttons on the player, are very small. You need to study the guide, naturally, in order to know how to use it. So I use a magnifying glass. But I am happy I purchased it. I can listen to my CD’s as I carry out chores or while walking.

This MP3 CD Player was advertised that it would play MP3 CD Audio books but it won't. It plays regular CD's quite well...great sound, comfortable ear phones and very lightweight. One thing I don't understand is why all the buttons are labeled with black writing on black buttons...very hard to read. I bought this player particularly for audio books and they don't work so that is very disappointing. Like I said before, regular CD's work and sound great on it.
