The nylon mesh storage bag is quite handy and is certainly large enough that it would’ve held 250 balls...... (yes, that is sarcasm). Leaving 4 stars because of the count. They actually work quite well in the container in which I use my Joule.

Sous vide cooking without worry of evaporation
These are a nice size, easy to use and and keep the water in my sous vide water bath from evaporating too quickly. I am happy that they do not impart a chemical scent to the water as I have found when using ping pong balls in my sous vide water bath. The smaller size stores nicely yet is still effective. Very happy with my purchase.

They are much smaller than I expected. Seem to work quite well but whoever packaged them can’t count..... There were fewer than 250 balls in the bag. Perfect accessory to go with my new sous vide machine
Perfect accessory to go with my new sous vide machine! These definitely help to keep the heat in. The clips are a bit small, but still use-able. Will come in handy very soon!

They look like ping pong balls in the picture
The balls that come with this are SMALL. They look like ping pong balls in the picture, but are not even close in size. Cheaply made clips look like they'd fall apart after the first use. Returning it and spending a third of the money on ping pong balls and a binder clip.

Clips are terrible
The balls work as described, although there aren't enough of them in the pack to cover larger containers, and the small size of the balls makes it annoying when you move them about and they bounce out and around the kitchen. But they do the job indicated. The real problem here are the clips, which are among the worst design I've ever seen, especially the stupid orange tabs on the ends which are always coming off. I was so frustrated with trying to use them that I just threw them away.

A Sous Vide Must Have
A must-have for your Sous Vide. I read a lot of reviews on the Sous Vide that said the water temperature wouldn't stay consistent, these make a huge difference. The water heats faster and the temperature does not fluctuate.

Water balls work well, but the plastic clips break easily.
Water balls work well and are easy to clean. The clips lose the little orange grips on the ends super easily. They are still able to be used but I don't find them all that much better than a clothes pin. All in all, a good product.
