The cover is MSHA approved, offering high flexibility, low weight and an excellent bend radius. This 2SC hose offers a high-quality, robust solution in an industry that demands a high degree of safety and efficiency. The MSHA-approved cover meets US safety standards for use in the mining industry, with a high degree of abrasion and weathering resistance. Polyhose 2SC hose is constructed from a smooth, oil resistant synthetic rubber tube, with two high tensile steel braids as reinforcement. The outer cover is highly resistant to environmental conditions, with the hose able to operate under a wide range of temperature and fluid conditions. The hose can carry hydraulic fluids under high pressure, including: mineral oils, vegetable and rape seed oils, glycol and polyglycol based oils, synthetic ester based oils, oils in aqueous emulsion, and water.
