Installed a few days ago, it is working as expected. One downside is that there is no user manual, you must call them every now and then to fix even a minor problem that occurs. I donot know why it should be like that.

No assistance, completely zero

The lock works as described. I had some issues initially during the rainy season but were sorted out by the customer care team promptly. I have installed the lock on my iron-wooden double door main gate which is exposed to the weather. Few pointers which will help new buyers: 1. The lock has to be welded and aligned properly if installing on an iron gate. For wooden doors installation is easier. The lock works only when both the sensors are aligned. For this purpose i had to weld a small iron bar on one of the gates to act as a barrier .( Photo attached) 2. The lock is not water proof and it malfunctioned during the rainy season. Best practice is to weld a small protective plate on top of the lock to prevent water ingress( photo attached). After installing the protective plate the lock worked properly without any issues. 3. The range of the remote is adequate . I have tried it from my basement and 1st Floor . Best to have atleast 2 remotes for convenience. 4. The lock needs to be paired with the wifi router. My router is placed around 15 feet from the lock and the signal is adequate for the lock to function. 5. Make sure that the lock power supply and wifi router have power back like inverter, etc so that the lock functions in the event of a power failure.

Installed this lock two weeks back and it is work well as expected. Also the robsync team helped to instal the lock by guiding sept by step. Thank you
